Whats something quick, healthy and decent tasting I can make from these ingredients?!

I have spices, and lemon juice.
I also have rice and pasta, but I what to go easy on carbs since I'm trying to lose weight and gain muscle (high protein, low fat, medium amount of carbs). So no butter, cream, etc.

Answers:
saute' the chicken breasts over the stove with the bell pepper, onion with a little bit of your Lemon juice. add a little bit of teryaki sauce to it also, should be good.
stir fry can use water to steam everything and a tablespoon of oil to saute the meat... quick easy and healthy
Um... why not, make boneless chicken breasts? Just a thought.
