add a jar of spaghetti sauce and make some pasta to go with it. I make this all the time, its good.

We used to add Worcestershire Sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper and a wee bit of Tabasco Sauce (just enough for flavor, not fire). As I was making up 10# logs of beef in my restaurant, my proportions are way more than you need. Also, let the mixture rest in your 'fridge for at least 30 min. to allow the flavors to meld properly. Enjoy.

Ground beef nachos

Saute some diced onion and garlic, add the ground meat and brown it, season with salt, pepper, dried oregano and cumin.

Scatter some tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Pour melted cheese over the chips and top with the beef mixture.

brown it and then drain it

add it to frozen vegetables, salt & pepper, and some cream of mushroom soup, then bake it in an oven at 350 until its all nice and bubbly.

All you need is salt, really. But if you can't eat salt, chop in some onions and peppers. Garlic if your lip can handle it.

Don't eat it.
