Easy to make bar food?!
I do not have a lot of space, so I need to find a way to pre-make food, freeze it or store it somehow, and when people order put it in the microwave or make some other preparations and be able to serve it in just 5 minutes.
A lot of sites on the internet teach you how to make bar food, but they don't teach you how to pre-make and serve really fast. I know a lot of bars and restaurants do this, they just pre-make, freeze and then when people order just get it ready to be served on the plate.
Right now I am serving "Fish 'n Chips", I just pre-make them, freeze them and when anyone orders I just dump them in the deep frier. I love this cause it's so simple, but I need some more ideas.

One of our puds will put on a Counter Lunch which is Deep Fried Sausage ring, and Boiled Savaloys cut into rings.
The easy way for you would be to boil several kgs of sausages, like beef or pork until they are just hot, then drain and cool. Cut into 10mm-12mm lengths. Flash freeze them and bag up and deep fry a serving whenever.
A Savaloy is made with corned meats and are made by being boiled and dyed by the butcher and for you, they would just need to be cut into rings and frozen. Drop a serving into a pot of boiling water when required.

Check out some of the big box stores like Costco, BJs or Sam's club or reasonable priced appetizers like buffalo wings, franks in a blanket, knishes etc. Make sure you can either deep fry or microwave them, unless you want to invest in a small convection oven. You can nook hot dogs, cooked kielbasa and chorizo. You could probably make some chile and freeze individual portions in Ziploc bags, then defrost and heat the microwave.

You can keep cold-cuts, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and condiments in a little fridge and buy some bread and a toaster to make sandwiches. Chicken wings and french fries can be bought already cooked then just dumped in the fryer. Burgers can be pre-cooked and microwaved. Hot dogs can be cooked in the fryer. Buy a little crock-pot and make some chili. You can cook hot dogs in the crock pot too but their better in the fryer. You can serve the chili in a bowl by itself and on hot dogs, burgers, and chili-cheese fries. You can get pre-cooked bacon and heat it in the microwave or fryer for the club sandwiches and BLTs.

Fried foods are the best...buy them premade and toss them in a deep fryer. You can by pre breaded okra, jelapeno poppers, taquito's, cheese sticks, all kinds of stuff.
Another good one is "peel and eat shrimp". It's just cocktail shrimp served cold...
wings, loaded fries with cheese bacon and onions, sandwiches like deli... a bar i go to has chip steak meat sitting in a pan and when its ordered it just gets cheese melter and served
Stop with the pre made and frozen! You need to get some fresh ingredients in there. Any one else in the bar besides yourself?
The only thing that would be good that is pre-made depends on what is available from the nearest butcher, baker or green grocer. Talk to them. Get in only a dozen of each thing and see how it goes. People like bar food that they can eat with one hand or just a fork or chopsticks.
