Fettucini Alfredo

?Fill a 2 quart sauce pan with water and add a teaspoon of olive oil. Bring to boil and add half a box of Fettucini. Stir frequently.

?2
In a medium size skillet (16"), add a teaspoon of olive oil and heat on medium low. Slowly add in half the heavy cream and the 2 egg yolks with a whisk. Cook until just before it boils.

?3
The pasta will be done when it is slightly firm (about 10 min). Stir in the pasta and add 1/4 cup of the grated cheese. Cook untill the mixture thickens and remove from heat.

?4
Sprinkle in more cheese before the mixture thickens too much and add in a teaspoon of Basil and Oregano.

?5
Serve with garlic bread and impress someone special

OMG there is a great pasta bake recipe that I have. You will need:

1 jar fav spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. rotini pasta, cooked
1 cup Sour Cream
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients until well blended.

SPOON into 13x9-inch baking dish.

BAKE 25 min. or until heated through. To with Italian cheese blend. Serve with garlic bread.

I am going to be doing a Fish Pie, and instead of a parsley sauce I will do a creamy cheesey sauce just for you.

Mozzerella stuffed meatball sandwich w/ slices of provolone

cheese quaseadilla

Mac and cheese with grilled chicken or lasagne
