What are egg whites? i really need an answer quick?!
i am looking in a cookbook and there is a really nice thing it said i needed egg whites i don't understand what it is. can you help?

The recipe wants you to use only the clear of the egg. Break the egg in a bowl with out breaking the yolk. Over a bowl pour the egg over your hand and let the clear fall into the bowl. The yolk shouldn't break just be gentle.
The part of the egg that is clear before it's cooked and white after it cooks....everything but the yolk.
Albumen - the clear stuff - not the yolk (it turns white when you cook it).
