Answers:

Hi! Not sure how the buckwheat flakes taste, but I know the quinoa flakes well. You can do a great porridge with quinpa flakes like this:

use 1 cup of quinoa flakes to 3 of water
boil on low flame for 5 minutes
shred an apple into the pot, keep it simmering for 3-5 minutes
add sugar and cinnamon to taste

note that quinoa flakes say "instant" and can in fact be eaten as such but you will detect a grassy taste. This is the taste of live enzymes. You need you cook those off. They are protein, so cooking them to stabilize them does not take away the nutrition of the flakes.

I work on quinoa all day long

I think you should mix the two together and see how things go.
