What Chinese recipe can I make with almost a can of coconut milk?!

Question: What Chinese recipe can I make with almost a can of coconut milk?
At school in International Foods we're currently making Asian foods. I have to make something Chinese with the remaining coconut milk after making fruit sushi (I only used a few tablespoons of a 15oz can). Any ideas? I've tried my internet browser but it's not working out so well.

Answers:

You could try cooking the coconut with condensed milk and mayonnaise. The mix with fried shrimp (minus the batter). I'm not sure what it's called but my mom's made it a few times. It's pretty yummy. :)

YOU can make certain curry dishes. I get sick from eating curry, but tehre is a curry crab I like. Also you can making fried shrimp. Here's an interesting recipe http://chinesefood.about.com/od/shrimpre…

Jethro, sushi actually originated in NOrthern CHina, and Coconut milk is used in the south. I think Hainan island, although I associate CHinese and Coconut milk more with SIngapore cooking style.

Here's another one. http://chinesefood.about.com/od/dimsumre…
