Is this type of pasta salad healthy?!
-Whole grain penne pasta
-Green peas. Lots of them.
-Cilantro
-Chopped carrots
-Chopped celery
-Lowfat Italian dressing
It's SO good, and I probably eat too much of it when my mother makes it, but is it at least somewhat good for me?

The ingredient sound fairly health and the dressing is low fat. The only concern should be how long is the salad marinating in the dressing? You may be consuming more dressing than you think. Otherwise Happy eating!
depending on the amount you eat, yes it is better for you than traditional pasta salads made with cream based salad dressings. Try adding green and red peppers to it to add the nutrition and vitamins. Try Hodgens Mill pasta especially their multigrain vegi spirals in your pasta salad.
