Question: What kind of buttercream is CK buttercream?
I was just wondering what kind of buttercream is CK buttercream? Is it the american style of buttercream of powdered sugar creamed into a fat base

Or is it cooked like swiss or italian?

I looked up CK buttercream and it comes in buckets and here are the Ingredients: Sugar, Partially Hydrogenated Cottonseed and Soybean Oils, with PG Mono Emulsifier added. Water, Artificial Flavors, (Water, Propylene Glycol, Ethyl Vanillin, Dihydrocoumarin, Soybean Oil, Corn Oil), Salt, Corn Starch, Egg White, Vegetable Gum

I have never used it before .
