the key to good pasta is the sauce. all pasta will tatse pretty much the same but good homeade sauce is the key to amking it taste so much better.
if you wanta little thicker sauce use puree if thiner use sauce . use 1 can and 1 can of water and add salt, pepper, small amounts of oregeno, basil, parsley flakes, parmasian cheese. cook on stove for abput 90 minues, brind yo boil than cut heat back to a simmer and when done let stand for about 20 minutes and taste, you might need a little sugar as the tomotoes picked today are not ripe so they are a little soar tasting.
than cook for favorite pasta and adding this sauce will give you a great taste
Spaghetti is easy to make. I make delicious spaghetti all the time. All you need to do is season the sauce more.
Cook pasta according to directions.
Cook the ground beef first 2 LBS
Add 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt
When meat is cooked, pour in "whole bottle of "RAGU traditional sauce"
Add in 1 teaspoon of Mccormick Thick And Zesty Spaghetti Seasoning
Cook until the spaghetti sauce thickens.
Cut some cilantro & green onions, put onto the side. Cut into it's all one inch long!
Throw in cilantro and green onions (cut into one inches long) and cook for additional 10 secs.
Garnish with more cilantro & green onions (cut into one inches long)
If you want to make pasta rom scratch- so incredibly easy to do with a pasta machine- slightly harder with a rolling pin but do able - all info about both ways-

if you cut the pasta thicker it will be more of a linguine meaning slightly meatier
If your looking for a sauce- remember not to have it too runny the italians like their sauce to stick to the pasta rather than run off and less is always more :)

Just remember to cook your pasta in salty water and fresh pasta brought or made requires only a couple of minutes to cook and the fastest way to stop it cooking is to pour into cold water - keeping it nice and al dente (firm to the bite)
I prefer it with ravioli but I like a sauce made out of sauteed bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts, baby spinach, basil, garlic and a little chilli in a cream and napoli sauce. Yum.
Unless you mean making actual spaghetti in which case I suggest you buy it fresh http://www.taste.com.au/how+to/articles/…
After the spaghetti is cooked, but before you add the sauce, toss the spaghetti in butter, cheese and black pepper. You could eat this without sauce it is so good.
Fresh Basil is my secret ingredient
and patient simmering once all the ingredients are in, helps tenderize the meat
Very good secret ingredient to make your meatballs taste rich. Add some Vanilla Extract, but not to much. I hope you enjoy this.
