Question: What else goes well with mash, i'm sick of sausages, but love gravy.?
Answers:

Make your mash and gravy as normal, dip lambs liver in flour, fry gently on each side for a minute or so, lay it on your mash and cover with gravy. For a special treat fry some chopped bacon in the pan before you cook your liver

What about trying other types of sausages - ie chicken, beef, veg?



Minced beef and onions, or liver (with or without bacon) and onions, both of which can be served with gravy. You could also do the likes of lamb chops, pork chops, etc.

Minced beef and onions in a nice rich red wine and mushroom gravy...yum with smashed spuds!



Roast beef, pork chops, fried chicken and steak to name a few.
