Are caesar dressing and ranch dressing similar in taste?!

Not really, Caesar is more spicy, much better in my opinion (try Cardini's brand, the best!). Ranch is more like jazzed up sour cream.

Not at all. Caeser is more of an olive oil and anchovies and garlic based dressing while ranch dressing is more of a mayo and sour cream and herbs based dressing.
