Now I feel lazy. I just throw whatever leftovers the menfolk didn't eat in a pan with some extra diced onion, some potato cubes and beaten eggs, stir it all around until "done" and top it with cheese. Yay! Breakfast scramble! I can't remember the last time I bothered to make an omelet. I *do* make all of our bread and most of our pasta though. That's got to make up for the omelet thing.
BA: Hells yes! I grew up drinking goat milk and eating homemade goat cheese. My family keeps dairy goats. I still have a great affinity for goats. They're cute, they're funny and they are great fun to play with until they knock you over then stand on you, triumphantly bleating. Their milk is also closest to human breast milk than any other animal milk, so it's easy to digest and better for you than cow's milk.
I am rather partial to Bacon, onions, spinach & either swiss or bleu cheese.
I also like a bruschetta omelet with tomato, onions, fresh basil and parmesan.

Just cheese for me. Goat is nice, or Havarti works for me.
Figs and beef gravy, but that's just me.
