Do the following foods make you ill if over a year over expiry date?!
i would love to know if these foods will make me and my mum sick:
cadbury caramel egg - recieved it oct 2010
thorntons barbie chocolate - not sure but quite old (avoided the white stuff)

That type of food will not make you sick...however if it is that old will probably not taste as good..
Just taste it..only you can tell..............
The cadburry eggs is not even close to being a year past the exp date. Is is only about 5 mths and I would say is just fine.
The choc if is Just choc should be just fine. The white is okay just a sine of old choc.
candy doesn't spoil unless it got wet or contaminated with something else.
It may TASTE old though and that is a flavor you will not mistake for anything else.
Shouldn't hurt you @ all. Just may not taste as yummy.
