I can't find a recipe for pork chops that I've used for years and have forgotten what temperature to cook it.?!

Question: I can't find a recipe for pork chops that I've used for years and have forgotten what temperature to cook it.?
It's pork chops with sweet & sour sauce (tomato soup, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, water). I know it should be cooked for an hour with foil on, then without foil for another half hour. It's so good, and makes the pork chops very tender. I just can't remember what the oven temperature should be. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey I see your a big fan of food and you really love to cook different foods with that desired passion. I just purchased a really great recipe guide online, and I have now been able to cook fabulous dishes with my guests always complimenting the great food I cook.

The fact that you're cooking the chops so slowly suggests you'd want to use a low to moderate heat... 150 to 170?c (the latter being about 350?f)

As a side note, pork chops are usually best cooked quickly as they lack the proper structure to survive longer cooking periods without going tough - perhaps one day try this recipe with shoulder.
