How to prepare boneless,skinless goose breasts?!
A family friend gave me some goose breasts from geese that her husband shot,and said simply to google recipes.So i need some suggestions.I'm on a tight budget,so the fewer the ingredients,the better.I do have oil,salt,pepper and red and white wines,so those would be good ingrdients for me.Thanks!

you can really do anything you could do with chicken or turkey... its just all dark meat and a little more fatty

from basic salt & pepper, to teriyaki, jerk, or anything else you choose
