If I make a bread mix, and only want to cook half of it, can I freeze or refrigerate the other half?!

Question: If I make a bread mix, and only want to cook half of it, can I freeze or refrigerate the other half?
and if so, for how long? I don't want to go through the mess of making half the box, half the yeast packet, half the liquid ingredients, yadda, yadda, yadda....

Answers:

Once it's been made into dough, you can usually freeze it for up to six months. If you put it in the fridge, you should make it within a few days.
