cutter/plunger[see link]: when i cut sugarpaste with it, how do i avoid it sticking to the centre section? :?!
also, what materials other than dough and sugarpaste, can you think of, that i could use, that will dry to a nice brittle fairly tough texture?

Hi, I don;t know if putting the cutter into confectioners sugar before will stop it from sticking.
I use my plunger cutters for all of the above, but also for use on pastry, sweet or savory to add as decoration on top.
You could also use them to shape gingerbread or cookies and then decorate.
