An option for a sugarless dessert?!

Question: An option for a sugarless dessert?
I would like to know what I could have for dessert that has no sugar in it? I am a sweetaholic! But I am cutting sugar out of my diet for health reasons. What could I use as a substitute? I know fruit is an option but what else is there?

Answers:

Sugar-free:

Jumbles

3 large bananas, mashed
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup chopped dates
1/3 cup oil
Dash of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients, let set 15 minutes. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Cinnamon Apple Cake

1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
2 tablespoons orange juice, fresh squeezed
1 cup almond butter, roasted and unsalted
? cup agave nectar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons cinnamon
? teaspoon celtic sea salt

1. In a food processor combine apple, oj and almond butter and pulse until well blended
2. Pulse in agave, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon (yes 2 tablespoons) and salt
3. Pour batter into a greased 8x8 inch pyrex dish
4. Bake at 350° for 32 to 36 minutes
5. Cool and serve with whipped cream

You can avail yourself of many different sugar free product in the supermarket these days. With that in mind, give yourself a REAL BIG SWEET TREAT by making your own PARFAITS (or the larger version a TRIFLE).

Layering with sugar-free cakes or cookies (broken up), along with unsweetened yogurt, layered with some fresh fruits (strawberries, bananas, blueberries) and then top with some sugar-free whipped topping and drizzle with HONEY!!!

BON APPéTIT!

That'll be 5-cents, please.

All I can think of is cheeses... People here (Netherlands) serve either sweet stuff or cheese as a dessert. Maybe nuts, if you like to pick at things.
By the way - stay away from sugar for a day or 3 and all flavors will come back WAY intense - unsweetend yogurt will taste epic, I promise.

Did the sugarfree diet for a while - taste explosion supreme! xD

frozen bananas and peanut butter dates and peanut butter mmmm or honey and apples honey and yogurt apples and cinnamon microwaved in the oven for a bit all good options mm just to let you know though although these shouldn't have added sugars all fruit contains sugar

Fruit with plain yogurt would probably satisfy your cravings more than fruit alone.

Sugar free pudding and gelatin.

When you absolutely MUST have a bit of sweet, use honey instead of sugar.

if it has no sugar than its not dessert

plain yoghurt.
with honey?
