Know of a good alternative to an oven?!

Question: Know of a good alternative to an oven?
I just moved apartments and it doesn't have an oven or a griller :(

So I'd like to know if anyone has any little tricks they do that creates baked effect like the dry crispy sort of chewy texture on the outside of food..
for example, i'd like to be able to roast vegetables, or make a pasta bake.
baking cookies, I know theres probably no way, although I have heard of steamed cakes being delicious.

I'm not so interested in knowing about meat or fish as I don't eat meat or fish :p

thankyou!

How about a toaster oven? They are small and reasonably priced, I use mine in the summer months to bake chicken and all sorts of things, works the same as a regular oven, just smaller . Anyways, good luck, hope this helped

one time my brother took black construction paper and made it into a cone shaped and put it out in the sun it works since the sun is attracted to black things.

A convection oven is a good alternative. It cooks almost just like a regular oven, except it takes a lot longer.

Buy a toaster oven and a slow cooker.
