I want to make sardine spaghetti, I need more fish in my diet?!

Question: I want to make sardine spaghetti, I need more fish in my diet?
Do you think I can just add the sardines to spaghetti sauce, then combine with the pasta like regular spaghetti with ground beef?

Answers:

I think not always ,share with you a recipe about the sardine spaghetti :
Ingredients

* 1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti
* 3/4 cup olive oil, divided
* 6 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 (4 ounce) cans sardines packed in olive oil, drained
* 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
* 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
* 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
* additional Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)

Directions

1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti, and cook until al dente, or 8 to 10 minutes. Drain, and rinse under cold water. Toss with 1/4 cup olive oil, cover and keep warm.
2. Place another 1/4 cup olive oil in a skillet, and heat over medium heat. Stir in the garlic, and cook just until golden, 2 to 3 minutes. Add the sardines, and cook 1 minute more. Stir in the bread crumbs and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. If necessary to give the mixture a crumbly texture, stir in the remaining 1/4 cup of olive oil. Stir in the parsley and pepper, and remove from the heat. If desired, serve with additional Parmesan cheese.

That sounds like an odd mix.

Why not try fresh talipia and salmon. You can buy a bag of each from your local walmart. Believe it or not they are actually pretty easy to cook also. Not only are they cooking friendly, but they are loaded with omega, which is good for you!

Try some.

Edit: Tuna is also another great option.

are u crazy all u r gonna taste is salt. u need fish in ur diet not high blood pressure. sardines r not good hot....hello common sense. if u want something good with pasta take it from me and my husband put some salmon in the pasta not sardines, throw some mushrooms in it with a cream sauce.

First, sardines are nasty. I would try anchovies or kipper snacks.

Second, why not eat a good broiled fish with seasoning on it?

Third, yes you could do that, but will it taste good? I have no clue.

Eww !! "Fishy Spaghetti ?!" :o I Don't THINK So !! :( Fish goes better with VEGETABLES- NOT Pasta !! Dream up some other Recipes- and leave the Ground Beef for the Spaghetti ! :)

Momma Mia ! -A Goyem !!

yes its really good
