is too much of one spice good or bad for you?!

Question: Is too much of one spice good or bad for you?
so, im about to be 16, and i absolutely love garlic salt, and onion powder.. i always have, i think garlic salt is the perfect spice. im in love with it, if garlic salt had a hole in it id stick my -beep- in it.

and onion powder is the same. if it wasnt so weird, id carry a bottle of both around and sprinkle it on everything. and when i mean sprinkle, i almost dump half the bottle(not really) but i do put alot.

so are they bad for me? i heard onion powder isnt, but idk how reliable of a source it was. so ill try here,

thanks!

Answers:

If you have too much of anything then course you will be bad.
You need to balance it out with other things.
Too much salt is very bad so try less of that.
Onion powder ? Just use a onion, will make it tast soo much better.
And thank god garlic salt does not have a hole in it.

Not sure but for sure always limit your salt intake. If you don't, you'll pay for it later. Try garlic without the salt. You can get it in glass jars diced in oil and ready to go. Learn to limit salt and sugar as well as animal fat. Garlic and onions are good for the stomach but too much may or may not be healthy but you will smell like garlic and not just your breath.

Too much of ANYTHING is bad for you.
You need balance.
Try finding other spices that you might like that can add more balance to your diet.
