yeah, its mostly starch so its not much of a meal ... I always cut up some veggies or something and throw them in with it
Because you need about 25g of fiber per day, ramen noodles are high in sodium & only have bad carbs. Try whole grain pasta instead, it's pretty cheap @ Safeway (west coast), Pathmark (east coast). Also, "google" glycemic index to find the foods that are wayyyy healthier. The lower the glycemic index, the better!

This is only about 4 square inches of noodle , the rest is water . And its rice noodle which is a light noodle . I love ramens, cheap , quick and filling . You should eat every few hours anyway to keep your blood sugar up.
Yeah it's not that great of nourishment. More of a snack than anything else.
yup
