Can you freeze cottage cheese?.?!

Question: Can you freeze cottage cheese?.?
Answers:

You can, BUT not recommended. just turn upside down in the frig to keep it from drying out and it will last longer, as long as you do not open or contaminate it in any way it will last for a very long time.

No...Neither cottage cheese nor cream cheese should ever be frozen. Both may lose flavor as well as texture. Cottage cheese can be kept cold and covered in the refrigerator for up to a week...

Hope this helps...........

No, you can't. This kind of cheese only freezes when used as ingredient.

I wouldn't recommend it for cheese

i asked my mum--she said you can :)
