What should I have for breakfast?!
Answers:
Hashbrowns with cheese, or instant grits with a sprinkle of cheddar, pepper, and a few drops of hot sauce. Or just eat leftovers or your favorite sandwich or dish. You can eat anything for breakfast, there are no rules.
One of my favorite breakfasts are omelets. You can change them up and add all kinds of ingredients to make them different every time. One type of omelet a lot of people don't heard of too often is a tomato and cream cheese omelet. Once the tomatoes are in season you should definitely try it. Slice tomatoes, and slice cream cheese, placing them on top of the tomatoes. Once the omelet is basically cooked and the ingredients are on top of one half of the omelet, pull the other half on top and cook a bit to soften the cream cheese. Add chives if you have them. DELICIOUS!
You can also always go for breakfast shakes, or granola bars if you really aren't that into breakfast. That's what I usually do---it's quick for when you're on the run.
Hello:
If time is of the essence, have a smoothie without the ice. It is easy to prepare, quick, delicious and healthy:
Here are a few suggestions:
Use regular milk, soy milk, or water as the base.
Use no more than two fruits from the following:
banana, berries, apple, pear, melon
Use peanut or almond butter.
Use a natural sweetener: stevia, honey, sugar cane; stay away from refined sugar

Cereal. It's easy to eat and fairly healthy (unless you eat those sugared, chocolate ones) You can add fruits and nuts etc.
Shake. Just toss some bananas, milk and some other fruits to the blender and your good to go. It's quick, too.
Breakfast shake or malt.
Pac of instant breakfast (If you use chocolate malt flavor, you have a malt).
Ice cream
A little milk
Anything else you want
I put peanut butter and bananas in mine.
