How can you make Pre-Made Hamburger Patties taste Excellent?!
Answers:
I season them with Lindberg Snider Porterhouse and Roast seasoning... it's to die for. It's excellent on burgers but also on chicken, beef roast, even pork chops. I always have a big container of it in my pantry... so yummy!
I also tried the other night a sauce for burgers called Lure Sauce that is made up of 1 cup mayo, 1 cup ketchup, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar and 1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce. The original Lure burger has american cheese (I used low fat provolone and it was great), ccaramelizedonions and sliced dill pickles. I have to say, it was a really fantastic burger... Rachel Ray's favorite!
Good luck!
You can sprinkle them with italian seasoning or italian herbs and a little ground fennel. You can serve them on toasted rolls with arugula and sun dried or roasted tomatoes. You can also mix 1/4 of may, 1 ts of minced garlic and tablespoon of fresh or tsp of dried basil to make basil garlic mayo and slather on the bread. This will make a great Italiam Hamburger or cheeseburger if you add your choise of cheese.
Happy Cooking!
Sprinkle some minced onions or onion soup mix on top of the patties prior to cooking.
