how to use pi when baking a cake?!

Question: How to use pi when baking a cake?
i have this school project.. i need to know four ways to use pi when baking a cake. i already know to find its diamater and ciircufrmece, how else?

Answers:

use pi to figure out the volume different pans can hold for a cake.

fyi for figuring out how much cake to put in a pan...a standard cake mix from a box fills a standard 13x9x2" pan, it has the volume of 234 sq inches, so if you figure out the volume of a cylendar cake, you can take the difference of it to 234 sq inches, and find out how much or little cake you can fill the pan with

You can find the area of the bottom surface of the cake to know what size plate to put it on, or say that it's the area of the top surface of the cake to know how much room you have for decorations. It's a good thing you don't have to list four ways to use cake when baking a pie (lol!).

area of the complete outside of the cake, volume of the cake and deliciousness of the cake.
