healthy snacks for high school girl?!


Question: Healthy snacks for high school girl?
so I'm in high school and I need a healthy snack!! right now i've tried having a granola bar, crackers, pretzels, almonds (not all at once of course!) but they just don't fill me up. any good, healthy snack ideas?? (around 150 calories or less) . i don't have an access to a refrigerator or mircowave obviously so i need some help..thanks!!

here are a few that i like to eat:
-popcorn without butter
-bran cereal without milk. drink them with liquid and it will fill you up for a long time
-whole wheat bread with sliced bananas and low fat peanut butter
-oatmeal with berries
the key is to eat things with wheat and lots of fibre. they will fill you up for a loong period of time. and make sure you drink lots of water !



- unsalted nuts
- dried fruits
- fresh fruit (bananas are filling, apples are good because they are low GI)
- tinned tuna
- dried cereal
- vegetable sticks (dip in low fat peanut butter if you're not too keen on vegetables)



sandwich! fruit.. apples?
