please help........... 10 points best answer?!
if yes then how do you make the yolk(yellow bit) cook because usually i put oil on the yellow bit
Answers:
use the non-stick pan, spray with some veg spray if you wish, then you can cook sunny side up by adding a little water and covering the eggs,
If you don't want to use oil, the best thing to do is use a non-stick pan.
When I fry my eggs, I like the yolk to be a little runny bit still a little firm - to achieve this, I crack the egg in the pan and use a saucepan lid (dome shaped, not flat) and cover the egg. The heat within the pan helps the yolk to harden without having to flip it. Otherwise, you could flip it and that will cook the yolk - if you like still a little runny, flip it right before you're ready to take it out of the pan and it will seal but not cook through.
The answer is if you do not use any oil or fat then it is not fried, could possibly be called griddled. If you want a "heathy" option to frying then poach the egg in water with a little vinegar in.
Method
water deep enough to cover the egg add a splash of vinegar ( can use lemon juice) the acid helps stop the egg white dispersing. Bring upto boil and turn down the heat stir the water and crack the egg into the swirling water cook to how you want it 3-4 min yolk is still soft much more and it will be hard.

Using a non stick pan use a dab of butter. Melt the butter and add the egg. You can make perfect over easy eggs every time by taking a tablespoon of water and pouring on the egg and place a lid on the pan. This makes the perfect egg. I have a saucepan lid that I use and put the water directly on the inverted lid, then place the lid on the pan. Voila. Perfect eggs every single time.
I use milk. If making omelet, add 1/8 cup to fry pan, heat until edges start to boil, prepared any condements. I add a dash of milk to eggs as i beat them, pour into pan once eggs begin to set..acroos the pan they start to bubble add the condemnets ( omelet ingredients)
start out the same for fried eggs, if want crsp eggs use water instead of milk.....cover eggs with small lid....this will steam over the whites and you have "sunny side up" eggs, or you can flip them over cook for another 1-2 mins.
Best way to fry eggs is in butter. Put some butter in the pan; allow it to melt over heat; tilt the pan to ensure full bottom of pan is covered; break eggs into pan. Best to add the eggs on medium to high heat, and just as the butter starts to go brown. takes only a few seconds each side.
Yes you can.. the yolk will still cook. If you have no oil you could use butter or margerine, and you dont have to use any oil at all, you eggs will just stick to the pan a bit :) x
Lacking oil at times..
Butter may be used, although the egg should be cooked at a lower heat so that the butter does not burn.

you can use butter but not on a high heat, and if you're worried about oil's fat content you can buy this 1 calorie spray which is a substitute and works the same :)
Yeah, try a non-stick pan.
Or you can buy spray oil with only 1 calorie per squirt, that's what I use ! :)
i cook my eggs with pam non-stick spray. the yolks stay liquid, but they're still cooked.
use non stick pan... and just flip the egg when u feel the yellow could be instantly cooked upon contact with the pan
