Any healthy(chicken or any thing else) recipes?!

Question: Any healthy(chicken or any thing else) recipes?
Anyone got a healthy chicken breast recipes that contain peppers(hot) garlic, and vegetables? (since all that are food that boost metabolism)

Answers:

Chicken tagine, its a moroccan dish which has various variations and can be cooked with lots of vegetables (e.g green beans, carrots, potatoes, olives, onion etc), garlic can be used, and you can add peppers to make it hot. Chicken tagine is really a recipe with no boundaries, you can add whatever you like to the original to make your own unique tagine. Couscous also has almost 0% fat, and chicken adds the protein. I think it is the best recipe, as you can really experiment and create the perfect meal for you, so dont stick to the recipes you find, I am moroccan and chicken tagine is really the best experimental 'what your in the mood for eating' meal. It also tastes yummmyyyyyyyy. :)

Try it, you'll never go back haha.

Heres one website that has chicken breast/veg/pepper tagine:

- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil; stir-fry chicken until no longer pink, about 3-5 minutes. Remove and keep warm. Add remaining oil; stir- fry broccoli, celery, carrots and onion for 4-5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add water and bouillon. Return chicken to pan. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
