Recipes for frozen spinach without cheese, eggs, etc...?!

Question: Recipes for frozen spinach without cheese, eggs, etc...?
I simply do not know what to do with this 10oz frozen leaf spinach. I have never had spinach, but I would like to try it. Only thing is, I am on a restrictive diet right now and I cannot prepare it with cheese, butter, eggs, breadcrumbs etc. Only spices, dressings or other vegetables like onions. What can I do, or should I just toss it back in the freezer?
I though it might be good if I put it in a frying pan with Pam and just saute it with onions and other seasonings like garlic and pepper? Would you think this is a good idea?
ANY suggestions please =)

Answers:

Saute it, with pine nuts, and garlic.
When it's cooked, add nutmeg and salt, pepper.
Add to a bed of freshly cooked lentils and green peas.
It's delicious.

With fresh spinach, I have a cooking method, but I haven't tried it with frozen... not sure if it would be firm enough. What I do with fresh is put about 2 tsp of olive oil in a pan, add 4 or 5 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tsp of sea salt, and a tbsp of red pepper flakes, heat it up till the garlic is cooked, and toss it into the leaves... With frozen you might try making creamed spinach...

Not sure if you can have milk, but this is one recipe with...
