I always make a Chicken & StoveTop Stuffing. It's super easy and my kidos love it. Here is what you need:
1-2/3 cups hot water
1 pkg. Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 can condensed cream of mushroom
1/3 cup Sour Cream
OK so you heat oven to 400oF. Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. Put chicken in a baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream until well blended; pour over chicken. Top with stuffing. Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done.

Pork chops- you just need salt and pepper. For chicken, you can marinate in italian dressing and switch it up sometimes by marinating in half italian dressing and half soy sauce. This gives it a great flavor and keeps the chicken moist. Chicken is the most versatile and you can change it up. Here's 2 of our favorites that we make at least once a month. I remember when my son was 2- he liked these flavors then. Oh, and here's a pork chop recipe that's a favorite:
