Question: I accidentally put in 2 eggs, is that okay?

Im making peanut butter cookies, and they call for one egg but i put in two by accident. They turned out fine and they taste fine, but is that okay to eat?

It'll be good to eat. You will probably notice the cookies are extra moist or chewier than normal. That's the result of an extra egg- it'll just add a bit more moisture.

Yeah its safe as long as they are baked! Can I have one?
