Question: I'm dying for a VERY EASY VERY LITTLE INGREDIENT chicken crock pot meal.. please help me?
i have posted a few ideas and they are a flop so now i'm reaching it.. it really needs to be easy and few ingredients bc i need to make it tonight and have it ready for tomorrow. what can i make.

E's Crock pot Chicken Teriyaki

Pan saute 3 chicken breasts(boneless skinless) in alittle olive oil, salt and pepper, til outside is golden.
Remove to plate to cool. Then slice into fingers or chunks and put in crock pot. Low 7-8 hours.
Add in 8 oz. can pineapple chunks and natural juice,1 c teriyaki sauce,1/2 c chicken broth, dash of hot sauce, 1 tsp minced garlic and 1 tsp minced ginger (or dash of dry ginger.)

Meanwhile,saute 1 chopped onion in 1 Tbs sesame oil til tender. Dump that on top of cooking chicken.

Then saute your choice of stir fry veggies- 1 lb bag frozen (red bell pepper, broccoli, mushroom,carrot)with alittle white wine (optional) or water 1/4c.
Reserve Veggies until serving and just dump in at last 15 min to reheat.
Serve with hot white rice.

Ingredients:

3 to 4 cups cooked chicken or turkey, diced
1/2 cup green pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1 jar (2 ounces) chopped pimento (or chopped red bell pepper)
1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
2 cans (10 3/4 ounces) cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom)
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas, about 1 1/2 cups
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients except peas in slow cooker. Stir gently to mix. Cover and cook on low 5 to 7 hours. Turn to high and add peas about 45

Crock Pot Chicken and Brown Rice

1 1/2 cups of brown rice
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cups milk, divided
3/4 cup flour
1 small yellow onion, diced
8 oz sliced mushrooms (fresh) or a vegetable of your choice...
3-4 chicken breast halves or equivalent parts
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
Combine chicken broth and 1/2 cup of milk in a sauce pan. Heat over medium heat on the stove. In a separate bowl, whisk the remaining 1 cup of milk with 3/4 cup flour.
When milk and broth begin to boil, reduce heat. Slowly stir in the milk and flour mixture. Mix well and set aside to cool.
Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Put remaining ingredients, except chicken, in crock pot. Mix in cooled milk/broth. Place chicken breasts on top and sprinkle with more paprika. Cook on HIGH 4-5 hours or LOW 6-7 hours. When you remove the top, if rice is too wet, cook another 15-30 minutes without lid.....

put in potato, some celery, carrot and onion, and of course the chicken, water, powdered chicken stock, fro flavor, maybe a few herbs if u got some, cook it, when its hot and ready, if u have some cream put some on, if not its fine.. to finalize make appart a mix of 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup corn starch, and put it in mix well, this will thick you pot dish if u have rica u can even put rice in it and u have a totally complete meal in there..

other ideas put some tomato or tomato sauce, red pepers, corn, peas, theres tons of possibilities

One bottle of your favorite Italian salad dressing
6 Chicken Breasts
Stick the chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour the Italian Dressing over them. Cook on high for 4-6 hours until completely cooked through. Serve over brown rice.

For variation, you can add in a bag of frozen veggies halfway through.

Or at the beginning, add add baby carrots and potatoes for a complete meal in the crockpot.

Also, I've used cream of chicken soup instead of italian dressing.

Also, can use BBQ sauce, instead of italian dressing

layer chicken breast with any jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce.
Cook on low for 5-8 hours or on high for 3-5 hours or until done(only you know YOUr crock pot)
Serve over fettucine with a generous sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
All You need is a veggie and you have a complete meal.

Apricot Chicken
1 or 2 kg's chicken pieces
1 pkt french onion soup mix
1 can apricot nectar

Throw all in crock pot and cook.for a couple of hours.
DONE.



chicken ,seasoning, cup of liquid,cook on low for several hours.
