can i make an kind of dinner bread with this?!
Answers:
Sure. Most of the time restaurants make garlic toast on the flattop. Just brush the bread on one side with oil and sprinkle with garlic powder. Put that side down into a med-hot frying pan. Brush upside with oil and garlic powder, then check to see if it is time to flip and brown other side (it's pretty quick so watch closely).
You could mix together in a bowl some oil, garlic pownder and salt. Use a pastry brush to coat slices of the bread and cook on either side in a hot pan to give a crunchy exterior. It would be kind of similar to garlic bread (but with the oil taste) if you have some butter handy, use the same method but swap the oil for butter!
