■1 container (6 oz) 99% Fat Free French vanilla yogurt

■1 medium banana
■add a few ice cubes if you don’t use frozen raspberries

hmm, i made a really yummy one that had: 1/4 cup very vanilla silk soy milk, 1 banana, 1/2-3/4 cups frozen strawberries and blackberries (combined). It was very tasty :). Try any fruit combos like banana strawberry, mixed berries, etc. and have some frozen fruit for ice or add ice. Also, you can add wheat germ for a lot of added health benefits.

Fruit smoothies.
Any kind of fruit with nonfat yogurt and some ice cubes.
No fat, lots of good vitamins, and protein from the yogurt. :)
