Answers:

1 lb. of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 jar of spaghetti sauce
1 cup of parmesan cheese
shredded mozzarella cheese

Poor the sauce in a casserole dish, stir in the parmesan cheese. Put chicken breasts in (slice them in half if they are large breasts), coat them in the sauce. Cover in foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Take off foil, sprinkle a little parmesan on top of chicken breasts, spread some mozzarella cheese on top also (however much you want... depends on how much cheese you like). Put back in oven and bake, uncovered for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve over cooked pasta.

This is the way I make my Chicken Parmesan and I think it's simple. You will need:

1/3 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
1-1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese

HEAT oven to 400°F. Mix Parmesan and bread crumbs in pie plate or shallow dish. Dip chicken in butter, then in Parmesan mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast. Place in 15x10x1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 20 min. or until chicken is done (165°F). Top with sauce and mozzarella; bake 10 min. or until mozzarella is melted. It can't get any simpler than that. Good Luck and Enjoy!

dip boneless skinless chicken breast pieces into an egg and milk beat together then coat with seasoned breadcrumbs then fry in oil until cooked through then top with sauce and cheese and melt it. SIMPLER...dip the chicken in melted butter and then coat with breadcrumbs and bake in the oven until cook through , then top with sauce and cheese and melt.

Just sayin'
