How to make brussels sprouts taste more interesting?!

Question: How to make brussels sprouts taste more interesting?
Hello!
I don't mind the taste of brussels sprouts but it's getting boring eating them plain.

Is there something i can do to them to make them taste better,
whilst keeping them nutritious and healthy?

Thanks for reading my question.

I put salt and pepper on mine.. my aunt uses this all purpose vegetable seasoning? Makes them reaally good! Try cheese too possibly? And search the web for like raspberry vinigrete sp? Recipies that could add flavor too!

After cooking the sprouts toss them in some butter and a sprinkling of nutmeg.I do the same for cauliflower which I dress with a white sauce and sprinkle nutmeg on top.Wouldn't eat either any other way.Even my grandkids loved it that way and would fight for the last one.The Brussels sprouts I mean! Try it with green beans too.

Drizzle them with a little extra virgin olive oil, salt & pepper & fresh lemon juice. Oven roast on a sheet pan at about 450, flipping them about half way through roasting time. Top with lemon zest, if you wish. You could also cook them in cream or half and half. Adding roasted chestnuts is another idea.

Sorry but the best place for one of these is the trash can. However, Wegman's has a basting oil they put on their sprouts when they demo them and people seem to like it.

The little ones are delicious au naturel, but I have also added lemon juice and pepper.

coat them in salt and butter! haha not exactly healthy.. sorrry
