How can you make raw broccoli and carrots taste better w/o adding cals or carbs?!

Question: How can you make raw broccoli and carrots taste better w/o adding cals or carbs?
Also what about bananas? I usually eat 4 of them with 4 glasses of milk, but thats getting old.

Answers:

For the raw broccoli you could marinate it in a tight container with fresh mint leaves. Adds a great new flavor to it. It is easy to grow your own mint leaves in a pot.
For the raw carrots, you could marinate it in a tight container with grated fresh ginger. I love it that way.
Bananas I would throw in a blender with the milk and add another fruit...strawberries would be great. Make yourself a smoothie.

You can boil the carrots and broccoli. You can put cheese sauce on the broccoli maybe even mix it with rice. For cooked carrots you can put and orange glaze on them.
If you are concerned about cals and carbs you probably dont want to eat Ranch because its loaded with calories, and carbs.
And you can may just eat the banana like it is they are good for you loaded with potassium, and natural sugar.

this is a very interesting recipe. Cit blocks of carrot and boil them a bit. No need to boil the broccoli florets. In a bowl mix some yoghurt(low cal), lemon juice, salt, pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon if you wish. Put in the drained carrots and broccoli for half an hour. Place in an oven tray and roast for 15-20 mins. will taste yummy. do tell me if you try this.

Add some onions. Brown them and then add the broccoli and carrots. Then add some basil and fresh squeezed lemon juice. My roommates loved this in college and was often better received than the main dish.

A splash of lemon juice, Balsamic viniger, salt&pepper

Try some grated nutmeg and maybe steaming them for a short time in the microwave
