How can I cook pork steaks so they are tender and juicy?!

Question: How can I cook pork steaks so they are tender and juicy?
Please help! I am very hungry and the steaks are defrosting in the microwave now. Please suggest some recipes. Whatever they are they must be TENDER and JUICY. And please hurry as I am very hungry and will be cooking them very soon. Bonus points for a tasty sauce or other garnishment to go with them.

Thansk!

I prefer to get them sliced very thinly and put a breading on them. Serve them with mushroom gravy, sauerkraut or red cabbage and you've got a tasty schnitzel dinner.

How about the oven? Turn on the oven and heat up an ovenproof pan, like cast iron. Use the pan (med high heat) to brown the outside, then move the whole pan into the oven. I'm not sure how thick these bad boys are, so just use a meat thermometer to see when they're done. Maybe half an hour, start to finish.

Yank them out of that pan when they're up to temp and put that hot pan on the stove again. Sprinkle a little flour on the pan juices. and let the flour get absorbed into the fat. You can brown the flour if you want, or not. Either way. Choose a liquid for your sauce, like wine, beer, stock, tea, whatever. Whisk it in slowly and beat out any lumps. Season to taste and enjoy!

EDIT: How did they turn out? I'm dying to know! Did you go with the pan gravy?

The secret to juicy chops is to brown them on each side
in a sauté pan on high with a little olive oil in it.

It only takes a few minutes on each side.

This will seal in the flavor and make them juicy
because what you're doing is searing the juices inside.

After that, you can roast them or bake them or whatever..

I just bake them at around 300F until they're done, which takes at least an hour. Slow or long cooking is about the only way for them to be tender. I like them with the traditional applesauce, or with Thai sweet chili sauce. Or even apple jelly if I have that around. Sweet things go well with pork.

Pork Chops with cream and mushrooms is a delia smith recipe which you can get on line if you look at her recipes, I can really reccomend them they only take an hour to do

your first mistake was not taking them out this morning. but that's ok. just do like ren said and sear them in a hot pan for a minute on each side then bake them. and whatever seasons float your boat.

to get them tender and juicy you should try pounding them a little first and then cook them slow. they are also good crumbed with apple peel mixed in with the bread crumbs. :)

love cooking!

sprinkle with lemon pepper and lemon juice and preferably cook on an outdoor grill or indoor grill. Do not over cook.5 mins each side or so. Cook with stove top corn and green beans.

Do what you want to season but cook in beer keeps things moist. trust me used to cook in some nice places oldest trick in the book

same thing Ren said, I like to fry mine in a pan, and at the very end add some Balsamic vinegar. adds great flavor

put em in pressure cooker
