I concur that oyster sauce is great!
You can also try Teriyaki sauce, and I'd recommend experimenting with various other pre-made sauces from the same isle in your grocery store-- usually the foreign foods isle.
- House of Tsang is a brand available in most major chain stores and they often have good stuff. Just because something says it's meant for use on salmon or meat doesn't mean that it wouldn't work well on veggies. I especially like House of Tsang's Mongolian Fire Oil, a dash or two of which can be very nice. And if you like spice, try harrisa.
- Lizzie's Kitchen Garden Vegetable Seasoning is great!
- A dash or two of curry powder can work well.
- A different oil used for cooking like peanut oil, lemon oil, rosemary, garlic, blood orange, hazelnut, etc.
- A tiny bit of Kraft Zesty Italian dressing can also be quite good on cooked vegetables.
- A little lemon or orange zest would be nice. This can be prepared ahead in batches and frozen too.
- Sesame seeds, slivered almonds or pine nuts sauteed with the frozen vegetables.
I hope some of that helps you in finding inspiration! I think we can all relate to the challenge of eating healthfully, with little time, on a budget, but still getting in some variety and making it all taste good. It's not easy :-)
Good luck!

I love to cook to. I have learned a lot online. I love to make fabulous dishes that you only can find when you go out to eat. I just purchased a really great recipe guide online, and I have been able to cook fabulous dishes with my guests always complimenting the great food I cook. I hope this helps.
