how do i make cinnamon apples?!

Question: How do i make cinnamon apples?
how do i make the hot juicy cinnamon apples? do i boil them or something?

Answers:

Ingredients
4 McIntosh apples, peeled and sliced (about 2 lb.)
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon butter
Preparation
1. Toss together first 4 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag, tossing to coat apples.

2. Cook apple mixture, 2 Tbsp. water, and 1 Tbsp. butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes or until apples are tender.

I make them by adding 1/2 cup of brown sugar,1/2 cup white sugar, 2 tbs. of ground cinnamon, to 12 peeled, cored, sliced apples. Cook on the stove top on medium heat till apples are tender. You can also add these to a crock pot and let cook all day ( makes your house smell awesome!). This is a recipe for 12 people so for smaller servings cut by half.

Anttu has your answer.
Anytime you work with apples, the key is the type.
Mcintosh apples break down when baked, they have tons of juice, so anything baked with them will be wet till cooled.
I would go with a Red Delicious.

That's why the apple section in the store is huge, they all are different.
Same with the potato section.

peel the apples and cut into quarters. place a spoonful of freshly squeeses orange juice (not cartoned fresh) into pan with a t spoon of sugar and a t spoon of cinnamon and heat till warm then add the apples and cook on a medium heat until the soften.
