Question: 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, should I convert it to gram or ml? and how many grams or ml is it?
Answers:

Lemon juice like water will weigh 1 g per 1 ml. As it is a liquid you would normally measure it in ml. A tablespoon is 15 ml in UK and US, though 20 ml in Australia.

Dictionary.com has a converter bot. It's about 2 mL, give or take. I'm not sure how accurate you have to be.

EDIT: Here's a funny twist. I didn't notice where you are, but in Canada, it's 15 mL and in Australia it's 20 ml. Sorry about that first part. I know what I was thinking, and I had it backward. Hey, I haven't had my coffee yet!

A tablespoon is 15ml - weight depends on type of measure - some things weigh more than others so stick to ml.
