any ideas on stuffing?!

Question: Any ideas on stuffing?

i want to do a turkey dinner for family coming over next week. i'd love to try a different stuffing any suggestions? we're a bit tired of sausage, bread, chestnut, and apple ..... something new would be fun.

I don't have a recipe but I love a stuffing that has wild rice as the main ingredient.
Or a good southern cornbread stuffing if that is different for you.(it's the usual kind around here.)

I agree that Cornbread Stuffing could be a nice change for you. But another option would be Oyster Stuffing. Or Dirty Rice Stuffing. All were favorites when I lived in New Orleans. Recipes below.
