Should I broil beef kabobs on hi or low?!
I'm making beef kabobs tonight. Using this recipe: http://www.cooks.com/rec/doc/0,1627,159187-233200,00.html I don't know if I should use the hi (high) setting or the lo (low) setting. My guess is I should use the hi setting.

On high just make sure they aren't too close to the heat, and the timing will vary depending on what you have on the skewers.
broil- only has one setting high
