Which type of eggs are better for heath boiled or without boiled?!

According to me boiled eggs are better to eat for health
you should eat the whole egg as it has protein and unless you eat eggs and sausage fried in lard every single day you shouldn't worry about them being healthy or not. boiled is good but scrambled eggs, omelets, anything cooked in a pan can be healthy if you use canola oil or better olive oil. cooked with spinach herbs and spices scrambled eggs and omelets taste excellent and you don't even need much or any salt at all.
If you don't use oil, either way is the same. I prefer boiled eggs though - don't care for much of the yolk (which is the less-healthy part) so it's easier to remove that.
I don't think it matters I think if you are trying to cut down on cholestral then removing the yolk & only eating the egg white is healhier.
boiled, poached or fried, just don't scamble or break the yolk.
