Question: If someone asks fo a list of ingredients for a meal do you include the cutlery used?
or add that info in the description?

Answers:

Most cooks with any experience will know what to use, or have their own preference. Sometimes directions will include something like "In large bowl, stir by hand for 2 minutes" or "Mix on high speed for 1 minute." Typically, anything other than that is not necessary, unless it is a unique step crucial to the finished product.

Experienced cook.

If someone is only asking for the ingredients, no. But if someone is asking for a recipe, then the equipment that is needed is listed in the directions on how to prepare the dish, e.g. "Large sauce pan" or "4 quart baking dish". Outside of that, and any special equipment a recipe might need (like a spring-form pan), I presume that the person asking has a properly stocked kitchen.

Unless it is a specialty item, the answer is no on the cutlery.
