What brand of butter is best in homemade rolls recipe?!

Question: What brand of butter is best in homemade rolls recipe?
What brand of butter (or margarine) have you had success with when making homemade bread or rolls?

Answers:

I use cabot unsalted butter.

Margarine is not the same... butter will taste much better.

I would discourage anyone from using margarine. Butter is always better and I personally think its better for you in moderation. All butter is good and I always buy the cheapest available. I do, however, always use unsalted butter, a.k.a. sweet butter. It tends to be fresher and it puts you in control of the salt content of your food product.

Kerrygold from Ireland has a rich, intensely creamy flavor

garlic butter
