What can I use instead of 1/4 cup of honey?!
I have a chicken/bbq sauce recipe and just realized that I'm fresh out of honey.
Can I use sugar instead? If so, how much and should I use brown or white sugar?

If you have molasses that would be the best substitute. If not use the same amount of brown sugar.
