Must be healthy and easy to make. Preferably low in fat carbs or/and calories.

Sloppy Toms

Tom Turkey makes traditional Sloppy Joes lean and delicious

Ingredients
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 lb. ground turkey
1 medium yellow onion, peeled and chopped fine
1/2 cup best-quality ketchup
1/2 cup best-quality chili sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon coarse salt
freshly cracked black pepper
1/3 cup water

6 sesame seed topped hamburger buns, warmed

Method
Brush a skillet with oil and warm over moderate heat, 30 seconds. Add turkey and onion and sauté 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add all remaining ingredients [except buns] and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Spoon mixture between split buns and serve immediately.



Fruit salad. Lean meat or fish :) also a salad and steak.

Try to cook a ratatouille its made of vegetables but is really sweet and yummey :)
